1. About Stone & Ivy

Stone & Ivy (stoneandivy.co.uk) is operated by IVY AND STONE LTD. These terms apply to all purchases made on and all use of stoneandivy.co.uk. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Orders and payment

Please provide correct contact, billing and delivery details, and use a payment method you are entitled to use. Review the items, currency, shipping and total before placing your order.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot deliver an order, we will let you know and refund you for the items that cannot be delivered. We will not substitute items or charge a higher price without your consent.

3. Products and prices

Product descriptions and prices are shown on the product pages. Screen settings can affect how colours look, but this does not change your right to receive goods that match their description. At checkout, you will see the currency, any charges and shipping costs.

If an obvious error in a price or description affects your order, we will contact you to find a solution rather than change the agreed terms without your consent.

4. Shipping and returns

Please read our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy for delivery countries, delivery times, returns and refunds. Your statutory right to cancel and your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods apply in addition to our 30-day returns.

5. Use of the website

You must not use the website for fraud, illegal activities, unauthorised access or anything that disrupts its operation. Texts, trademarks and images on the website may be protected by intellectual property rights. Buying from the store does not give you ownership of this content.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Never send card details or passwords by email.

7. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights to delivery, cancellation, refunds and remedies for faulty goods. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence still applies.

If you experience a problem, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your access to the courts or other legal remedies.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
